Mrs. Wagner's Kindergarten
 
   Welcome to the wonderful world of Kindergarten! My name is Cristy Wagner and this is my 16th year teaching Kindergarten. I have also taught 1st and 2nd grades but my heart belongs to Kindergarten.  I am married to my high school sweetheart, Bryan, and we have two sons that are 13 and 11.  Gus is an 8th grader at Brawley Middle and Ethan is a 5th grader at Woodland Heights. I also have to tell you about the 'top dog' of the household our Labradoodle, Charley.
   Believe it or not I am a native of this area and actually attended Mt. Mourne Elementary, Brawley Middle, and graduated from South Iredell High. I have seen this area grow and change so much over the years but there is no other place I'd rather raise my children. I have a BA degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and my Master's degree from Arkansas State University.                                                                                                                                                          
   My goal is to give your child a positive start to their school career. I want them to see that learning can be fun! It is going to be a great year and I look forward to working with all of you!
