We have pen pals at Iron Horse Elementary, located in Parker, Colorado. We are corresponding with them via mail now, and hope to skype with them later in the year.

PDSA

What is PDSA? It's a way to make something better. We come up with a "Plan" of what we need to work on. We then come up with "strategies" - what we will "do" to make it better. We then "study" the results and make changes, "act" for next time.
