Class Promises
 
During the first week of school, our class worked hard to decide upon what our classroom "promises" would be.  By keeping these promises, we know that our class will be able to learn, our class will be respectful to others and we will have fun! 
 
I asked the students three questions to help create our promises:
 
Why do we come to school?
What do we have to do well together?
How will we do that?
 
After many great (and some silly) answers to these questions, we finally decided upon four promises.  They are:
 
1)  We promise to be respectful.
2)  We promise to be responsible.
3)  We promise to be safe.
 
If we work hard to keep these promises, then we'll be sure to learn, make friends and have fun!
