Welcome!
My name is Kim Johns.  This is my 22nd year teaching and I am very excited to be teaching 1st grade this year.  I attended UNCC where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I am also a trained Reading Recovery teacher.  I received this training through Georgia State University.  I love reading, going to the beach, Nascar and spending time with my family.
 
 
 
I wish for my students to learn HOW to think not be told WHAT to think!!
