Miss Schemanske

Welcome to 3rd grade!  We are going to learn a lot throughout the year and we will try to make it as fun as possible along the way.

Our Classroom Mission

Our mission in Miss Schemanske’s class will be to have all students score a level 3 or 4 on the math and reading end of grade tests.  We will do this by paying attention, doing our work and always trying our best.

About Me

I am originally from Southeast Michigan but moved to Statesville in August of 2005 to begin my career as a teacher.  I graduated from Albion College in May 2004.  I miss my family greatly but love life in North Carolina.

Since moving to North Carolina I taught at Central Elementary School for four years.  This is my third year teaching at Cloverleaf.  I have taught second grade for two years, third grade for three years and fourth grade for a year.  I am excited for the opportunity to work with the third graders once again.  They are my favorite age students to work with.  I graduated with my Masters in Reading from Appalachian State University through their satelite campus in Hickory in 2009.
