T-ball is played through the  CYAA/SIYAA.  All other youth baseball programs are played through the North Piedmont Babe Ruth League.  Baseball with CYAA and North Piedmont Babe Ruth League is open to all boys age 7-12. Leagues are divided along age groups in the following categories:
  • Ages 7-8: Machine Pitch
  • Ages 9-10: Minor league player pitch
  • Ages 11-12: Major league player pitch

All games are played under the Babe Ruth /Cal Ripkin league rules with minor changes that include: batting rotation, innings allowed pitching, base running, etc.

Baseball Teams are usually formed along school lines, however in some cases schools may combine to form teams.
