Welcome to the N.B. Mills Media Center!  My name is Melissa Loflin and I am the media coordinator at this school.  I am originally from upstate South Carolina where I taught first grade for almost 3 years.  My husband and I moved to the Charlotte area in 2005 and I have been at N.B. Mills ever since. In 2008 I made the move into the media center and in 2009 graduated with my Masters in Library Science. I love being in the library, reading stories with the students, and sharing the love of a good book.

I am very excited about the opportunities for learning that are available to your child and I am looking forward to a fabulous year.
