Mrs. Cortney Frasier

Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year. I am very pleased to enter my second year as the art teacher at Lake Norman Elementary School. This will be my tenth year teaching and my fifth year at Lake Norman Elementary School. I completed my undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University and my Master's of Education at Western Carolina University. When not teaching, I am a represented artist specializing in watercolors, gouache, and acrylic painting. 

The arts are an integral part of learning and experiencing life to the fullest. I believe that every child is naturally creative with unique gifts. My goal is to create a classroom environment that supports every child's academic career and encourages each child to trust in their exploration of ideas. 

I am honored to work with your child and I look forward to a fantastic year of learning together at Lake Norman Elementary.
