The 2012-2013 school year will mark my first year as principal of Lake Norman Elementary School. I'm excited for this opportunity and I'm committed to the students, teachers, parents and community at LNE.  We will continue the history of excellence at LNE and provide each child with a safe, challenging and enjoyable educational experience.

 

Prior to LNE, I served as the assistant principal at Coddle Creek Elementary since 2009. I began my career in education as a science teacher at Troutman Middle School. I'm a graduate of UNC-Charlotte where I completed my master’s degree in school administration.  I also hold a bachelor's degree from Northland College in elementary education.  Iredell County is home to me, graduating from Statesville High School.

 

I currently reside in Troutman with my wife Jennie.
