I have taught at WIMS for 17 of my 20 years of teaching.  I have taught 6th, 7th and 8th grades, and have taught all subjects at least once.  I enjoy reading and learning, and recently graduated with my Master's of Library Science degree from Appalachian State.  I am married and have 2 daughters, and enjoy spending time with them.  I graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne College with a BA in Elementary Education, and am also certified in Middle School Language Arts and Math.
