Welcome to my language arts classroom.  I am so excited about teaching your child this year and know that we are going to have a successful and enjoyable year.  I have been teaching for several years and have a great love for children and reading.  I graduated from Caldwell Community College and Appalachian State University.  Go Mountaineers!  I am married to a very special man and have two wonderful sons.  I also have a dog named Happy!  I love spending time with my family and vacationing at the beach, especially with a novel in my hand.
