My Classroom Mission

We will become better readers, learn how to write stories, add, subtract and tell time. We will do fun science experiments, follow the rules, and make new friends/ We will be ready for 2nd grade by the end of the school year.

About Me

I am married to my high school sweetheart of 18 years. We have a daughter, Ashton that is 16 and she loves to come help me at school. I love to read when I have the time. We live in Conover about 45 minutes away, so I have lots of time to think in the mornings on my way to school. This is my 2nd year teaching first grade, and my third year here at Shepherd. I am super excited about this year!
