Our Classroom Mission

3rd Grade Students
 We are here to learn and to get a good education.  We are also here to become a smarter and better all around person.  We are going to pass the EOG's and go to 4th Grade.  We are going to prepare ourselves for a better future.  We will do this by listening to our teacher, by working hard in all of the subject areas, by respecting each other, by working together to solve problems and by being able to transition quickly, quietly and smoothly in our classroom.
 
 
About Me

Mrs. Davidson

 I am so excited to be here at Troutman Elementary School and to have your child in my class.  Although this is my first year at Troutman, I bring many years of teaching experience from North Carolina and Maryland.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and my Master's Degree in Reading from Towson University, Maryland.  I have taught 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th grade and was selected "Teacher of the Year" in 2001 in Washington County, NC.  I have four beautiful daughters,  Jordyn and Toria who are both students here at Troutman Elementary and Cayce and Caitlyn, my 13 month old identical twin girls.  My husband Chris is a World History teacher and the Head Football Coach at North Iredell High School. (Don't hold that against me South H.S. parents...lol)
