" Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." ~Harold R. McAlindon Instructional Facilitator Mission To support in the implementation of the ISS Continuous Improvement Model through collaboration, aligned professional development, and coaching. About Me I attended college at Eastern New Mexico University where I obtained my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education in 2005. I started teaching a 2nd grade class and loved it! As I was working on my Master's Degree I decided to switch my career to teaching high school English and Language Arts, where I have remained since then. I taught middle school and high school English in New Mexico before relocating to North Carolina. I am a firm believer in becoming a life-long learner, so after obtaining my first Masters degree in English, I decided to go back to school to obtain a License in School Administration. I graduated from Gardner Webb University in May 2012, with an M.S. in Executive Leadership. I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, and learning new things!
