Welcome to my Classroom |
My Classroom Mission Mrs. Spencer's classes will strive to achieve their learning potential. Our goals are to pass each semester. We as students will achieve this by doing homework and classwork, having energy and not sleeping, participating, and asking questions. Our classroom mission statement will be created with the students and be posted shortly. About Me
For the past 12 years, I taught 8th grade Pre-Algebra and Algebra at East Middle. I am very excited to now be a Greyhound at Statesville High School. I will be teaching Algebra I, Algebra II, and AFM. I attended West Virginia State College where I received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education. I have a Master's Degree in Middle Grades with a concentration in Mathematics Education, through Appalachian State University. I am also a National Board Certified Teacher. I am married and have two children. Chane, my husband, works in the flooring business, and my children are Nicoletta, who is 8 years old, and Nadia who is 6 years old. Besides teaching math, I love to shop, eat, and exercise! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going shopping, and running. My Classroom Motto You will live, breathe, and die by the assignment agendas!
