About Me
 Hi my name is Allison Martin. I have been teaching for 31 years, 20 of those here at SHS. I love being a Greyhound! I have a BA from Western Carolina University and a MA from Lenior Rhyne.
 
I grew up in Cary, NC and graduated from  Cary High School but have lived in Statesville for 31 years. I am married and have a 15 year old son who is also a Greyhound. I also have a Golden Retriever named Lily. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my son play soccer, reading and traveling.
