Our mission is to have fun, get physically fit, improve our skills, and learn new games.  We will show good sportsmanship, and respect one another.  We will make this happen by actively participating on a daily basis, while showing a good attitude.

 

I have a BS in K-12 Physical Education from Appalachian State Univ.

 

I enjoy golf in the off-season and spending time with my two daughters.
