My Mission: I will work to make sure that your PLC time is meaningful. I will also help make sure you are in the position to develop strong lessons aligned to the Common Core State Standards and NC Essential Standards.  I will provide support so you can implement those lessons with confident and caring teaching strategies. I plan to do this by attending PLC meetings, responding to teacher requests and feedback, providing professional development on specific resources and strategies, and by working with teachers to develop data and strategy based discussions with their peers and their students.
