R. Todd Griffin

Thank you for visiting this wepage.  At Lake Norman High we
are a "School of Excellence" and strive to create productive educational programs to
meet the needs of our students.  Our overall composite rate last year was 92.167%.  Our goal is
to make sure each and every student graduates from
high school. Curently our graduation rate is 94%.

According to James Henderson and Rosemary Gornik (2007), Education facilitates a journey, for each student, through disciplinary subject matter using the democratic self and social understanding.  At Lake Norman High, students are provided with active meaning making experiences that cultivate a personal repsonsibility for lifelong learning, a generosity for diverse others, and a committment to fair play and social justice.
