Mission:
I am here to provide the best instructional support I am able. I will offer coaching on a variety of practices and methods and will help all staff in meeting our district goals.
A little bit about me:
This is my third year as an instructional facilitator. I recently completed a graduate program in educational leadership through American College of Education. Before becoming an IF, I taught Spanish at Lake Norman High School for four years, and at North Meck for two years. I studied Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and am originally from the Green Bay area-Go Packers! I am very involved in North Carolina Association of Educators as well as Iredell-Statesville Association of Educators, and am serving as I-SAE Vice President and Cluster 2 President. I enjoy being an active part of the political aspect of education because I believe that all children deserve a great public education and the best way to accomplish that is to be involved in the process. I hope that my work as an IF only furthers my involvement in reaching out to young people and that I can have a profound impact on the future generation.
