My Classroom Mission

Our mission in Mrs. Storace’s classroom is to be well behaved and working hard to prepare for our future. We achieve our goals by focusing, doing the required work and listening to the teacher. We will be studying and preparing for our EOG's and work to the best of our ability so we are successful in all subject areas. We will work together as a team, ask for help when we don’t understand, and always do our best.

 
About Me

I was born and raised in Long Island, New York and attended Curry College outside of Boston, MA. I loved the area and remained living in Boston after graduating from college. I taught 5th, 4th, 2nd and 3rd grades (in that order) and now back to teaching 5th grade again. My husband and I made our big move to North Carolina in 2009. We love it here and we have met so many wonderful people!

 

I am looking forward to working with your child this year. I have a wonderful sense of humor and like to incorporate that into my teaching. I make the learning environment a positive one and I am very dedicated to my job.
