This year we want to make new friends, learn more about Math and Reading, and pass our EOG's.  We will accomplish this by doing our best and never giving up!

 

Welcome to my class!  I am excited about being your child's teacher this year! 

I will learn many things about the students this year, so let me tell you about myself. I grew up in Washington, DC and have lived in WV, TN, PA, and now NC.  I earned my Bachelors degree at Fairmont State College and my Masters in education from WVU.

After teaching for 22 years in WV, my family moved to Mooresville.  I taught 4th grade for 10 years before the move, and am very happy to be continuing here at WHES!

I have a husband, Bob, who owns RAM Development.  My daughter Caitlin, 20, is a LNHS graduate.  She works full time and attends CPCC full time. Shaun is my 15 year old son.  He is a sophmore at LNHS and loves dirt bikes!  I also have a dog named Diesel.
