We come to school to learn about math, to learn to read and to write.  We will do this by following directions and doing our best work.

 

Welcome to Mrs. Zimmer's class!!! This is my 12th year teaching and my 3rd year teaching at Woodland Heights Elementary.  Previously, I taught Exceptional Children at Third Creek Elementary and Statesville Middle School.  I am a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.  I am curretly serving as Woodland Height Elementary's 2012-2013 Teacher of the Year!

 

I grew up in Palm Bay, Florida before getting married to my "Junior High Sweetheart" Kevin and moving to North Carolina.  We live in Mooresville and have 3 kids...Jack (7), Baylie (5) and Bryce (20 mos.).  We also have a Cocker Spaniel named Jeepers.  I enjoy boating, attending my kid's activities and spending time with family and friends!
