About Ms. McKay
 

I love working with children! I graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wyoming at Casper College. I began teaching at ISS in 2005.This is my sixth year teaching first grade at Troutman Elementary. I have two  grown children, three grandchildren. William is in third grade, Maria will be in kindergarten next year, and Jacob was born November 10th.
They live in Salt Lake, Utah with their parents. I also have seven dogs.

 
About Mrs. Rankins
 My name is Alvis L.Rankins. I have worked at Troutman Elementary since 1986 as a teacher assitant and bus driver. I truly enjoy working with the children everyday and driving bus #5 every morning. 
I have been married for 38 years to a great guy name Marshall. We enjoy fishing trips to the coast and Marshall enjoy yard work. My favorite hobbies are cooking and reading.
