***Ms. Reep's 4th grade class is here to learn math, reading, and many other subjects. We will listen to Ms. Reep, always do our homework, and always work hard and try our best. Then, we will make good grades, pass EOG's, and move on to 5th grade.***

Hey there, and welcome to my class webpage! My name is Amber Reep, and I am excited, proud, and honored to be teaching yet another year at Troutman Elementary!
 
Let me tell you a little about myself.....
 
I am entering into my 13th year of teaching, ten of which have been right here in Iredell County! I even attended Troutman Elementary (when we were Pioneers, not Tornadoes), Troutman Middle, and South Iredell High School; GO VIKINGS! I currently reside in Cornelius. I don't have any pets unless you consider my tarantula, Babette, a pet! Yes, you heard correctly, I have a tarantula! I am also a proud aunt of a 2nd grader here at TES (Aiden) and a niece in preschool (Katelyn). I graduated from Western Carolina University in 2000 with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I began working on my Masters in Education in 2001. I also completed my National Boards for Teaching Standards. Even though I graduated from WCU, I am still a really big DUKE fan! GO BLUE DEVILS!
 
I am truly motivated and excited to embark on a brand new school year! Seeing each student whom walks through my classroom door succeed and become a more confident individual is my passion. I look forward to watching each and every one of those students reach their maximum potential as a 4th grader. Let the fun begin....
