ABOUT ME
I grew up in a small town in southern Ohio and received my B.A. and Masters Degree from Marshall University in Huntington, WVA.  My first 21 years of teaching were in the state of Kentucky.  Since moving to North Carolina I have taught sixth grade Social Studies. This will be my 32nd year of teaching!!!
I have a teenage daughter who is in high school.  My husband and I enjoy jogging, hiking in the mountains, boating, and love being outdoors!!!!  
 
 
My Classroom Mission
 
We the students of Mrs. Aldridge's social studies classes will work hard and challenge ourselves to learn more about our world and prepare for the 7th grade.
In order to do this, we must listen carefully, complete our work, be respectful, and always try our hardest.
