My Classroom Mission

Our 5th grade class will have fun learning the Common Core by following the 3 C's, living the 7 habits, and of course, always trying our best.
 
 
Strategic Goal
100% of our 5th grade class will achieve a Level 3 or 4 in Reading, Writing, and Math as measured by the End of Grade exams in June of 2012.
 
About Me

I attended Penn State University for 3 years and graduated from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.  I am in my sixth year of teaching here at Iredell-Statesville schools.  I taught 5th grade for two years, then 4th grade for two years, and now I am back in fifth grade for another two years.   I look forward to help shape the young minds of our new generaration and will eagerly work to help all students become successful.
