My Classroom Mission
 
Mrs. Brown and Ms Green's second grade class will provide an environment that is safe, nurturing and academically challenging and engaging where all students will be successful in accomplishing their goals through learning communities.
 
 
About Me
Family
I have lived in Iredell County all of my life.  I attended Shepherd Elementary as a child and graduated from South Iredell High School.  I have a BA degree in Elementary Education from Lenoir-Rhyne College.  I also hold a MA degree from Gardner-Webb University in Elementary Education. I have worked at Shepherd Elementary for 18 years teaching second and third grade.  On a personal note, I am married and have two children, Sage (8) and Mia (7).  I am also a member of SCAA.
