Welcome to art class!

 

In art class we will learn the art essentials for our grade level. We will use what we learn to make art. We will do this by trying our best, listening, and following directions.

 

I studied art education at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where I received my BFA. I look forward to working with you and your children this year. I hope that in my class your children will become more confident in their abilities as artists as they learn about a variety of media and techniques.

 

Please discuss with your child what they are learning in class; don't wait until your child brings a project home to find out all they are learning!
