                                    About Me

    Hi, my name is Shirlyn Summers; and  I am excited about teaching Kindergarten at Cloverleaf Elementary.  I am a Statesville native with one son named Teon, one wonderful grandson named Nkosi and a beautiful  granddaughter named Teona.  I am a  graduate of Gardner-Webb University and have enjoyed  teaching for 25 years.  I attend Continuous Classroom Improvement trainings to keep abreast with the changing trends for this 21st century technology era in education.  I feel as though I have the greatest job in the world; and I love it !
