My Mission

I will help the CCE and LNE teachers raise student achievement and close learning gaps through collaboration, aligned staff development, providing resources, and coaching for differentiated instruction.
  
About Me

I have been married to my best friend, Chris, for 26 years and we have 3 beautiful children.  I have been a teacher for 20 years in 5 different counties and 4 states.  In that time I have taught every grade between 2nd and 6th. The classroom is still my passion.  I was meant to be a teacher. 
 
For now, I am working as an Instructional Facilitator.  My job is  to equip other teachers and help them find success in the ISS model.  I am working with some of the best teachers in North Carolina.  Their enthusiasm and willingness to stretch and grow challenges me to do the same.
