Our Classroom Mission

Our mission for third grade is to get good grades, make new friends, and to learn all we can.  We plan to do this by working hard, trying our best, listening to the teacher, and paying attention so we can pass the E.O.G.
 
 
 
About Me
Hi!  My name is Teresa Cioffi.  This will be my thirteenth year teaching third grade at LES.  I moved to NC from Bruceton Mills, WV where I was born and raised.  I graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education in 2000.   
 
It was at WVU where I met my wonderful husband.  He teaches 8th grade science right next door at Lakeshore Middle School.  We have two beautiful boys and a Pomeranian named Zoie.  They keep us very busy. 
 
Outside of the classroom I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, trying new recipes, reading, working out, and playing softball.
 
I look forward to having another wonderful school year at LES!  Go Pirates!
