Hello and welcome to third grade at Lakeshore Elementary School.  My name is Mrs. Watson and this will be my eighth year teaching at LES.

      I grew up in Union Grove, the northern part of Iredell County.  I moved to Charlotte in 2000 and attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where I received my BA in Elementary Education.  I am still living in the Uptown Charlotte area and love it.

      My favorite thing to do is travel.  I try to plan a trip to a new place every year. I also enjoy watching a good movie and hanging out with friends and family.

      I am very excited about this school year.  We work very hard and learn many new things.  Let’s work together to make this year lots of fun and very successful.
