I believe that teachers too need to be successful managers and leaders in change. This is even more required in our diversified 21st century classrooms.

As a change agent, shouldn't new classrooms be 21st century ready. Recently I visited a new wing at a high school and it had NO 21st century technology. I talked to some of the teachers and were told that it is normal practice of the school's construction department. Are teachers included in the design of the classrooms? If YES, perhaps someone needs to provide professional development to introduce them to new technology.

I know you are frustrated but so are the teachers. I just read your email. On Sunday night I tried and when I would click on Predictive Assessment, I got the blue screen and message to contact administrator. Again on Monday so I called another teacher, she tried and had the same message. Again last night, same message. Could it be that we cannot access from home (I know what I'm doing so it isn't user error)? I asked my IF for help and was told she had not had training and she was told it was not their responsiblity to help with DASH. We were told DASH was a result of you wanting us to have access to our data and that is a great thing, THANK YOU! but perhaps this company isn't the right match for Iredell.
